After 22 years of dedicated service at St James’s and the community of Alnwick, Joan Grindrod-Helmn retires.

We had a wonderful final service and tea on 28th May to celebrate her ministry, although tinged with some sadness. We will miss her greatly but wish her a long and happy retirement. She will always be remembered with fondness; she has left such a lasting impression as well as touching so many of our hearts.
