Our Worship

COVID -19 – “We regret that due to the current pandemic situation, and considering the characteristics of the congregation, the Elders have decided that, in order to be safe, St James’s should not hold any in person services until further notice. This is in line with the current advice from the Synod Moderators.”

ZOOM – Sunday morning services are now being held online via Zoom at 10.30am. Please contact us for details.

FACEBOOK – Each Sunday at 7 p.m., on our Facebook page, there will be a short time of prayer.

Everyone is welcome to join us.

Sunday services are usually at 10.30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.

Our Communion Services are held at both services on the first Sunday in:- February, June, August, October and December and also on Easter Sunday.

We enjoy a variety of visiting ministers, worship leaders and styles in our services throughout the year.

St James’s participates in inter-denominational worship such as the Good Friday Service in Alnwick Marketplace and with cluster churches in the local area.

We are part of Christians Together in Alnwick and come together with the other churches in the town, at various times during the year, for worship and fellowship.
